摘要 目的 研究IRF5、TLR-9基因表达水平与系统性红斑狼疮的相关性.方法 收集92例SLE患者与88名正常对照人群的外周血,提取总RNA并反转录为cDNA,以实时荧光定量聚合酶链反应方法检测患者组和对照组的IRF5、TLR-9的mRNA表达水平.结果 SLE患者外周血IRF5、TLR-9 mRNA的表达分别是0.232±0.076、0.189±0.054,与对照组相比,SLE患者IRF5、TLR-9 mRNA表达水平升高(P〈0.05,P〈0.05).结论 SLE患者外周血IRF5、TLR-9表达异常,可能在SLE发病中起一定作用. Objective To investigate whether the expression of IRF5 and TLR - 9 is related to SLE patients. Methods The clinicat data of 92 SLE patients and 88 controls were collected. Total RNA of peripheral blood was extracted and transcripted to eDNA. YBR green 1 real - time quantitative PCR method was used to compare the expression (indicated as 2 - Ct value) of IRF5 and TLR - 9 in SLE patients and controis. Results The levels of IRF5 and TLR - 9 mRNA were 0.232 ± 0.07 and 0. 189 ± 0.05 4respectively in SLE patients. The difference was significant as compared to controls(P 〈 0.05, P 〈 0.05). Conclusion Abnormal IRF5 and TLR - 9 mRNA expression is found in the peripheral blood of SLE patients. IRF5 and TLR - 9 may play roles in the pathogenesis of SLE.
