摘要
目的 检测急性颅脑创伤后患者外周血抵抗素 (resistin)和内脂素(visfatin)水平的含量变化,探讨其临床意义.方法 选择120例不同病情的急性颅脑创伤患者作为研究对象,60例健康体检者作为对照组.采用酶联免疫法(ELISA)检测血清中抵抗素和内脂素的含量.应用SPSS11.0软件统计处理,组间比较采用One-way ANOVA.结果 急性颅脑创伤患者血清抵抗素和内脂素含量明显高于正常对照组(P〈0.01),且均与病情呈正相关;抵抗素和内脂素含量在入院当天即达到较高水平,3d达到高峰,以后逐渐上升;患者抵抗素水平与内脂素呈正相关(r=0.72, P〈0.01).结论 急性颅脑创伤患者外周血抵抗素和内脂素含量的变化与病情严重程度密切相关.
Objective To observe the dynamic changes of visfatin and resistin in patients with acute traumatic brain injury. Methods Plasma levels of visfatin and resistin were determined in 120 patients with acute traumatic brain injury and 60 healthy controls by ELISA, respectively. All the date were analyzed by SPSS11.0 software and One - way ANOVA was applied to intergroup comparisons. Results Visfatin contents was signitieantly higher in brain injury group titan those in control group ( P 〈 0.01 ), and correlated with the patient' s condition. Visfatin concentrations increased on the admission day, and peaked on day 1. Resislin eontents was significantly higher in brain injury group thin', those in control group (P〈 0.01), and correlated with the patient's condition. Resistin concentrations increased on the admission day, and peaked on day 3. There was correlation between levels of visfatin and resistin. ( r = 0.72, P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion Visfatin and resistin, levels are related to the severity or patients with acute traumatic brain injury.
