数字图书馆的知识产权保护初探

The Primary Study of the Intellectual Property Right Security in Digital Library

介绍了国外对于数字版权问题的观点、做法，阐述了对数字化图书馆版权问题的观点，即：在法律上首先应对数字的复制概念作出具体的界定；第二必须明确图书馆合理使用的范围；第三如果要向读者提供数字化作品的拷贝，必须经过版权人的授权。在技术上也应该在现有条件下，采取有效的措施防止侵权。

This paper introduces the viewpoints and practice about copyright problem in digital libraries abroad. It also clarifies our views; first,it must limit the conception of digital copy; second, it must clear the definition of fair use in libraries; third, it must be authorized if the library provides the reader with digital copy. On the other hand, we must use technique methods to prevent the copyright violation.
