瘦素、转化生长因子β与肝纤维化关系研究进展 被引量:3

摘要 肝纤维化是肝持续性组织损伤发生、修复反应时因细胞外基质合成(ECM)过度沉积所致,是慢性肝病的病理特征,也是进一步向肝硬化发展的中间环节。瘦素(Leptin)、转化生长因子β1(TGF-β1)是介导肝损伤及纤维化的关键性细胞因子。本研究探讨瘦素、TGF-β1与肝纤维化的相关性及其具体机制,为肝纤维化的临床防治提供依据。
