Enlightenment of Marx’s World History Theories to the Cultivation of Global Citizen’s Awareness

全球化已成为影响、制约人们生存、活动和交往等的一个非常重要的因素,它对于人类社会的发展既是机遇又是挑战。面对一个业已处在全球化浪潮中的现代"全球公民社会",做一个合格的世界公民,是时代发展的必然要求。本文通过对马克思世界历史理论中的蕴含的世界公民思想的揭示,联系现实的各种实际,提出了培养世界公民意识的可能性、必然性和必要性,并试着提出培养世界公民意识的思路。

Globalization has become a very important factor in affecting people＇s living, activities and communication etc. It is not only new opportunities but also new challenges to the development of human society. Being a qualified global citizen is the essential requirement in the development of society with a globalization tide of era of Global Civil Society. This paper proposes the possibility, inevitability, and necessity of cultivating global citizen＇ s awareness through pointing out the global citizen＇s thought which is implicated in Marx＇s world history theories and then tries to put forward suggestions to cultivate the global citizen＇s awnreness.
