随着经济的迅速发展,我国提出一个"先行先试"的海峡西岸经济区建设新战略。为了促进新战略的发展,从乡镇企业财务人才的培养着手,从目前乡镇企业财务人才不适应海峡西岸经济区乡镇企业成本核算及成本核算机构,环保产业发展等方面,对现代乡镇财务人才的培养思考,已成为当务之急。本文试就如何培养乡镇财务人才以促进海峡西岸经济区建设的发展做些探讨。

With the fast development of economy, the government put forward Pilot Strategies for the construction of the economic zone on the west coast of the Taiwan Straits. For carrying out the strategies well, the urgent task on hand is to cultivate modem township financial talents because the financial staff in the town enterprises are not fit the work of costing and environmental protecting industry. This paper discusses how to cultivate the modem township financial talents who can serve for the development of the construction of the economic zone on the west coast of the Taiwan Straits.
