地方新建本科院校高层次人才引进工作探析

高层次人才引进工作是高校人力资源工作的一个重要组成部分,对高校的生存与发展具有重大战略意义。与老牌本科院校相比,地方新建本科院校的办学历史短、办学基础薄弱、师资力量不足,在发展过程中面临着各式各样的阻碍和困难,科研、学术活动方面的问题尤其突出。本文对地方新建本科院校目前在高层次人才引进工作中存在的问题进行分析,并提出了解决这些问题的基本思路与对策。

Talent introduction is an important part of the work of human resource in high education which is of great importance for the survival and development. Compared with the established universities, newly established undergraduate colleges have problems of short history in running, education foundation being weak, lack of teachers and facing different difficulties in the process. This paper will analyze the problems in the work of talent introduction and find solutions to them.
