论高校学生干部队伍的科学建设

A Brief Analysis of Scientific Construction on Student Cadre Contingent in Colleges and Universities

学生干部队伍建设是高校思想政治工作的重要组成部分,在高校的教育管理及教学质量提升中起着重要作用。本文浅析了当前高校学生干部队伍中存在的部分问题,分析了其产生的原因,并在科学发展观的指导下对高校学生干部队伍的建设提出了几点粗浅的建议。

The construction of student cadre contingent is an important component of ideological and political job in colleges and universities, and plays an important role in the education management and the improvement of teaching quality as well. This paper briefly analyzes some problems of student cadre congingent for the present period, finds out the causes and puts forward some suggestions guided by the perspective of scientific development.
