摘要
合成了2-羟基-1-萘酚醛缩2-氨基苯并噻唑铜配合物,通过IR、UV、元素分析、摩尔电导及热分析,对此化合物进行了结构表征。在pH 7.22的Tris-HCl缓冲溶液中,采用紫外光谱、荧光光谱和粘度法研究了2-羟基-1-萘酚醛缩2-氨基苯并噻唑铜配合物与ct-DNA的相互作用。结果表明该化合物以插入式与ct-DNA键合。
Schiff base condensed from 2-hydroxy-l-naphthalde-hyde with 2-amino-benzothiazole and its copper complexes were synthesized, and its structure has been characterized by IR, UV, TG-DTA, elements analysis and molar conductance analysis. The interaction between its complexes and ct-DNA has been studied by electronic absorption spectroscopy, fluorescence spectroscopy, viscosity measurement in buffer solution of Tris-HCl(pH 7.22). All of the results indicated that the interaction of the complexes with ct-DNA was intercalation.
