茜草等对奶牛乳房炎致病菌的抑菌效果观察

Bacteriostatic Effect of Madder and Etc.on Pathogenic Bacteria in Dairy Cows with Mastitis

提取茜草、紫花地丁、龙胆草、金银花、鱼腥草、黄连、蒲公英、瓜蒌等8味中药的浓缩浸提液,对从奶牛场分离出的奶牛乳房炎的主要致病菌进行培养和稀释,用8味中药的浓缩浸提液对乳房炎的主要致病菌进行抑菌实验。通过抑菌效果分析,筛选出对奶牛乳房炎致病菌敏感的中草药,从而为临床上用中药治疗奶牛乳房炎的组方提供理论依据和科学参考。

The concentrated extraction of eight Chinese herbal medicine Madder,Viola,Gentian, Honeysuckle, Yuxingcao, Huanglian, Dandelio,Gualou, etc were used to inhibit the growth of the main dairy cows mastitis pathogenic bacteria isolated from dairy cultured and dilute. The antimicrobial experiments of 8 Chinese herbal medicines concentrated extractions to the main mastitis pathogenic bacteria were performed. Through analysis of bacteriostatic effect, Chinese herbal medicine which is sensitive on dairy cow mastitis pathogenic bacteria,is selected,and the result provides theoretical basis and scientific reference for curing dairy cow mastitis.
