摘要
在pH 7.4、0.05mol·L^(-1) Tris-HCl缓冲液及室温条件下,用荧光光谱法、分光光度法研究了3-羟基-2-萘甲酸与人血清白蛋白(HSA)的相互作用。研究表明,3-羟基-2-萘甲酸与人血清白蛋白以摩尔比1:1结合,其结合常数为3.28×105mol^(-1)·L.根据Foerster非辐射能量转移机理,求算了给体(HSA色氨酸残基)与受体(3-羟基-2-萘甲酸)间距离r为4.74nm。
The binding between 3-hydroxy-2-naphthoic acid and human serum albumins (HSA) in 0. 05mol· L-1 Tris-HCl,pH 7.4,at room temperature was studied by fluorescence spectrometry and speetrophometry. The results showed that human serum albumin and 3-hydroxy-2-naphthoic acid strongly combined in a molar ratio of 1 : 1 and the conditional stability constant was determined to be 3. 28 × 10 5mol-1 · L. The binding distance (r= 4. 74nm) between donor (Trp214) and acceptor (3-hydroxy-2-naphthoic acid) was obtained based on Foerster energy transfer.
