摘要
运用荧光光谱法研究了核黄素(Riboflavin,Rf)与牛血清白蛋白(BSA)的作用机制。结果表明:Rf对BSA具有荧光猝灭作用,其猝灭方式为静态猝灭,求出了猝灭常数、结合常数及结合位点数。还研究了Zn^(2+)对核黄素与BSA作用的影响,Zn^(2+)的加入使得核黄素与BSA的结合常数与结合位点数减小。
The interaction between riboflavin(Rf) and bovine serum albumin(BSA) was studied by fluorescence spectrum. The fluorescence of BSA was quenched by Rf and this interaction was a static quenching process. The quenching data were analyzed according to Stern-Volmer equation,and the quenching constant, binding constant and binding sites were obtained. The interaction between Rf and BSA was investigated in the presence of zinc ( II ), then binding constant and binding sites were reduced.
