火焰原子吸收光谱法测定实验大鼠心脏等组织中的Na、K和Mg含量

Determination of Na,K and Mg in Heart Organizations et al.of Laboratory Rats by FAAS

摘要 采用空气-乙炔焰原子吸收光谱法分别测定了老年、青年和幼年雌雄性实验大鼠的心、肺、脾、肾4种组织24个样品中的Na、K、Mg 3种常量元素,大鼠组织采用浓硝酸和高氯酸体积比为4:1混酸进行消解。测得相对标准偏差(RSD)小于5.5%,平均回收率大于96.6%,方法简便可靠。 The determination of the contents of Na,K and Mg in heart,lung,spleen and kidney tissues in rats of different ages was investigated by air-acetylene flame atomic absorption spectrometry. Male and female rats were chosen with childhood, youth and aged rats. The datas for total of 24 samples were obtained. Rat tissues were pretreated with nitric acid and perchloric acid (volume ratio of 4 : 1). The relative standard deviation (RSD) was less than 5.5% ,with an average recovery of more than 96.6 %. The method is simple and reliable.
