应用近红外光谱法预测白肋烟中总氮含量 被引量:4

Prediction of Total Nitrogen in Burley Tobacco Leaf by Near Infrared Spectrometry

摘要 应用傅里叶变换近红外光谱仪,从云南省各地抽取具有代表性的200份白肋烟样品作为建模样品,36份作为验证样品,结果表明,近红外预测值与化学测定值之间的最大绝对误差为0.15%,最小绝对误差为0.00,且将测定值和预测值用t检验,结果显示近红外光谱检测值与行标法实测值之间差异不显著,认为所建模型具有一定的实用价值。 Fourier transfer near infrared spectrometry (NIR) was used in the analysis of total nitrogen in Burley tobacco leaf of two hundreds of tobacco samples for the establishment of model,and the model was verified with the other 36 samples. The maximum and minimum absolute errors were 0.15% and 0.00,respectively. The results of predictive and determinate value were tested by t-test. There was no significant difference between NIR and standard method. The established model is suitable for the prediction of total nitrogen content in tobacco leaf.
