摘要
建立了工作场所空气中微量钠的测定方法。采用聚四氟乙烯容器代替玻璃器皿,用火焰原子吸收光谱法测定钠的含量。本方法检出限为0.013μg/mL,相对标准偏差为2.23%,回收率为95.0%—105.5%。
A simple,rapid and sensitive method for the determination of sodium in the air of workplace was established. The teflon container instead of the glass-ware was used to digest samples. The content of sodium in the air was determined by flame atomic absorption spectrometry. The limit detection of the method is 0. 013ug · mL-1, RSD= 2. 23% and the recovery is in the range of 95.0%-105.5%.
