摘要 甲苯胺蓝(Toluidine blue,TB)是一种重要的生物染色剂和光敏剂。采用红外光谱研究了TB在25—250℃区间内的分子热稳定性。在25—160℃区间内TB的红外吸收光谱没有明显变化,表明其分子结构在此温度区间保持稳定。在160—248℃区间内,随着温度的升高TB在3687、3429、1832cm^(-1)和1756cm^(-1)处的吸收峰逐渐下降,特别是当温度升高到248℃时,这4个吸收峰迅速减小,这可能是由N—H、C=N和C=S键断裂所致。研究结果表明TB具有较宽的使用温度区间,在160℃以下具有较好的热稳定性,为TB的实际应用提供重要的参考依据。 Toluidine blue(TB) is one of the most important biological dyes and photosensitizers. The infrared spectroscopy of TB at 25--250 ℃ were studied related to its molecular structure stability. No obvious variations were observed on the infrared spectra at 25--160℃, that showed the TB moleeuIar structure was stable in this range. The absorbance peaks at 3687, 3429, 1832cm-1 and 1756cm-1 gradually decreased with the temperature increasing from 160℃ to 248℃, and then decreased sharply at 248℃. The reasons were attributed to the broken of N--H, C =N,and C =S. The TB showed good thermal stability especially below 160℃. The results would be great meaningful for the clinical application of TB.
