摘要
实验优化了电感耦合等离子体-原子发射光谱仪(ICP-AES)的工作条件,测量植物样品中K、Mo、Na、Sr、Zn元素的最优工作条件是RF功率为950W,雾化器压力为0.193MPa。对小麦标准物质(GBW 1001)进行了分析,结果显示该法的准确性较高,测定值与标准值一致,回收率可达93.1%—102.0%。该法的检出限分别为4、0.07、1、0.04、0.05μg/g,通过对市售大米和面粉的分析,表明该法能满足对植物样品中K、Mo、Na、Sr、Zn的分析要求。
The work conditions of ICP-AES were optimized experimentally. The optimal conditions were as follows:power of RF as 950W,pressure of nebulizer as 0. 193MPa. Standard sample of wheat (GBW10011) was determinated to verily the accuracy of the method. The method was accurate with recovery of 93. 1% --102. 0%,and detection limits of 4, 0. 07, 1,0. 04, 0. 05ug/g, respectively. The determination results of actual rice and wheat flour samples show that the method is suitable for determination of K,Mo,Na,Sr and Zn in plant samples.
