不同浓度的吲哚乙酸和萘乙酸对宁夏枸杞嫩枝扦插成苗的影响

Effectts of different concentrations IBA and NAA on tender branch cuttage of Lycium barbarum L.

为了给快速扩繁宁夏枸杞提供理论依据,以当年生半木质化生长、健壮、无病虫害的嫩枝为材料,以清水处理为对照,研究了250、750、1 000 mg/L吲哚丁酸(IBA)和250、750、1 000 mg/L萘乙酸(NAA)处理对枝条成活率、株高、平均根数及平均根长的影响。研究发现:IBA和NAA处理均可提高宁夏枸杞扦插枝条的成活率、株高、平均根数和平均根长,其中750mg/LIBA处理效果最好。

The research purpose is to provide the theoretical basis for fast propagation of Ningxia Chinese matrimony-vine.Effectts of different concentrations IBA and NAA on the branch survival rate,height of seedlings,the average numbers and the average root length of the tender branch cuttage of Lycium barbarum L.were studied using the healthy and the non-plant disease half woody as materials,the clear water processing was the negative control.The results showed that the IBA and the NAA treatments had the positive effects on the survival rate,height of seedlings,the average numbers and the average root length of the Ningxia Chinese matrimony-vine cuttage,in which the effetc of 750 mg/L of IBA was the best.
