塞罕坝机械林场生态资产价值核算研究报告

Value accounting of Eco-assets of Saihanba mechanical forest

为了对塞罕坝机械林场的生态资产价值进行核算,从森林生态资产价值的可操作性角度考虑,对森林碳资产和森林物种多样性进行价值核算,其中森林碳资产存量包括地上和地下两个部分,地上部分碳存量的核算方法采用蓄积量法,地下部分碳存量的方法主要是森林土壤碳测定法;生物多样性保护价值的核算采用Shannon-Weiner指数法,对塞罕坝机械林场生态资产进行估价,结果表明:截至2006年底,塞罕坝机械林场生态资产价值总价值为62.84亿元。

In order to the value accounting of eco-assets of Saihanba mechanical forest,forest carbon assets and forest species diversity value were calculated according to the maneuverability of the forest eco-assets value.The forest carbon assets inventory included ground and underground two parts.Volume method is the most commonly used carbon stock of the accounting methods,Forest soil carbon determination method is to measure the underground carbon stock method,the value of biodiversity conservation calculated by Shannon-Weiner index method.The results of eco-assets appraisal of Saihanba mechanical forest showed that： the total value of eco-assets was 62.84 billion yuan of SaiHanBa mechanical forest by the end of 2006.
