从人们对视觉空间的需求、保护视觉资源的意义及我国现存景观规划现状与问题出发,结合对视觉资源管理系统的初步研究,总结出视觉资源管理系统对景观规划的作用,主要有:视觉资源管理系统对现存规划的反馈作用及对未来规划的指导作用。

This paper began with the needs of visual space for people and the significance of visual resources protection and issues existing in China at the landscape planning,combined with the preliminary study of visual resource management systems,summarized the roles of visual resource management system to landscape planning,There were two points as followed：1.Feedback effect on the existing planning.2.Guiding the future planning.
