Research on Knowledge Spillover and Cumulative Innovative Growth Process Based on Industrial Aggregation

知识溢出是创新主体之间跨边界的知识扩散和转移,产业聚集与知识溢出的内生互动过程首先是产业聚集促进创新主体聚集区域的知识溢出;创新性知识要素在聚集区域的知识溢出效用与直接生产要素的有机结合,又增强了产业间的内聚引力。创新模型进一步表明,创新性增长不但是创新主体所在区域产业聚集的动机,知识溢出效用还最终决定着全局性创新增长水平,区域创新强度是联系知识溢出效用和累积性区域创新增长的桥梁,强化知识创新的公共物品属性是实现全局性创新增长的关键。

Knowledge spillover is the diffusion and transfer of knowledge in the cross-border between innovation subjects.The endogenous interactive process of industrial aggregation and knowledge spillover is the fact that first industrial aggregation promotes knowledge spillover of innovation subjects＇ regional aggregation;the organic combination of knowledge spillover utility of innovative knowledge elements in an aggregation region and direct production factors also enhance the cohesion gravity between the industrial.Innovation model further suggests that innovation growth is not only the motivation of innovation subject in regional industrial aggregation,and the knowledge spillover utility also determines the overall growth level of innovation ultimately.It is critical to strengthen public good properties of knowledge innovation to realize the overall innovation growth.
