摘要
本文主要介绍了面粉生产微机监测系统的技术要求，硬件和软件组成，并针对实际情况提出了系统的抗干扰措施。
The desired techniques hardwares and softwares of a computer data acquisition system for flour production are given in this paper, and the effctive anti-interference measures for actual situation are adopted.
