摘要
本研究通过系统描述城市社区卫生服务机构的现状,提出目前社区卫生机构所面临的一系列亟待改革的问题。并结合2009年新医改方案的目标,重点关注现阶段针对社区卫生服务人员的考评机制以及社区卫生服务人员现阶段的工资待遇水平,强调改革考评机制以及切实提高社区卫生医务人员的待遇是社区卫生事业可持续发展的重要条件,也是新医改方案最终达到预期目标的重要保证。
According to systematically depicting actualities of community health service (CHS) organs, we put forth some problems that need to be reformed about community health service. Combining with goals of new medical reform projects in 2009, we focus on existing exam and evaluation mechanism for the medical staff and their individual income in community health service organs, and emphasize that reforming this mechanism and improving income of doctors and nurses completely are significant condition of continuable development of community health service project, and important guarantee of achieving expectant goals of new medical reform projects.
