北京市某农村社区居民社区卫生服务满意度的变化情况分析

Investigation of the Satisfaction Change about the Community Health Services in a Rural District in Beijing

目的了解2006年、2008年北京市顺义张喜庄地区农村居民社区卫生服务满意度的变化情况。方法采用非概率抽样方法,分别于2006年、2008年对张喜庄地区的农村居民进行社区卫生服务满意度问卷调查。结果 2008年张喜庄地区居民对社区卫生服务的整体满意度为57.3%,较2006年的34.7%有较大提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。对医生服务态度的满意度最高,为84.2%;对医疗技术水平的满意度最低,为44.4%。Logistic回归分析结果显示,2008年影响居民对社区卫生服务整体满意度的因素有医生服务态度、心理安全性、医疗技术水平、看病具体花费,具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论张喜庄地区农村居民社区卫生服务整体满意度有了一定程度的提升,但对社区医生医疗技术水平的满意度仍较低,提示应着力改善社区医生医疗技术水平,使社区卫生服务为广大农村社区居民所接受。

Objective To investigate the changes of the satisfaction between 2006 and 2008 about the community health services in one district in Beijing. Methods The non - probability sampling was taken respectively to conduct question- naire survey on the satisfaction of rural residents about the community health services in 2006 and 2008 in Zhagnxizhuang are in Beijing. Results The rate of satisfaction on community health services was 57.3% in 2008 and 34. 7% in 2006 respectively, there was a statistical difference （ P 〈 0. 01 ）. The highest rate of the satisfaction was on the doctor＇s attitude （ 84.2% ）, and the lowest was medical skill level （44. 4% ）. Logistic regression analysis showed that the doctor s＇ attitude, psychological security, medical skill level and medical cost were four individual satisfaction indexes on the overall satisfaction with statistical significance （P 〈 0. 01 ） . Conclusion The satisfaction level of the whole service in Zhangxizhuang was improved in 2008 as compared with that 2006. But the skill level of the doctors of Community Heahh Services Center should be improved to satisfy the demand of residents.
