南宁市社区卫生服务信息化管理系统的运行现状研究

Present Status of Informatization Management System on Community Health Services in Nanning City

目的分析南宁市社区卫生服务信息化管理系统的运行现状,探讨推进广西社区卫生服务信息化管理进程的对策。方法现场和电话访问形式调查南宁市社区卫生服务机构信息化管理系统的使用情况和存在问题。结果南宁市社区卫生服务信息化管理系统性能好、大体功能较齐全;但存在具体功能欠缺、网络稳定性差、操作人员欠熟练、机构缺乏认识等问题。结论推进广西社区卫生服务信息化管理进程,在注重信息化管理系统性能、功能的同时,也应该注重机构管理人员的认知和操作人员的培训。

Objective To analysis the present situation of informatization management system on community health services in Nanning city, and to explore the countermeasure to promote the informatization management system on community health services in Guangxi. Methods Field survey and telephone talking were used to investigate the situations and existing prob- lems of informatization management system on community health services in Nanning city. Results There were good performance and fully -grosser function of informatization management system on community health services in Nanning city. But there were some problems of defective concrete function, poor network stability, less specialized operator, and lack of acknowledge by the institutions. Conclusion To impel the process of informatization management on community health services in Guangxi, it is neeessary to emphasize acknowledge of institution managers and cultivation of operators at the same time of emphasizing the performance and function of iuformatization management on community health services.
