摘要
在结晶器专家系统分析的基础上,分析了稳定状态下的温度变化以及粘结时曲线,根据不同的自适应算法应用在结晶铜板中热电偶测量结果,来向操作者显示紧急情况及可能的漏钢情况。
Based on the mold expert syetem,temperature variation and sticking curve in normal condition were analyzed.According to the different self-adapting algorithms,the thermocouple measurements in the mold copper plates was used and critical and potential breakouts to the operators was indicated.
