摘要
为解决企业人力资源管理部门工作时岗位衔接和合理冗余中存在的缺陷,以及信息系统帐户管理与人力资源管理部门业务脱节的问题,针对人力资源管理部门的基础业务和信息系统帐户管理,构建了以部门、岗位和人员为基础的相关业务"流水线"模式,以解决系统内帐户和人员管理完全相融以及人力资源部门内部业务协作、衔接和监督等问题.
There were many redundant but reasonable flaws between management departments in the joint manage-ment process of enterprise human resource,especially for organization structure,the posts and staffs.In addition,even if information management system was utilized,the disjoint problem between account management of informa-tion management system and human resource management still existed more or less which would cause safety hidden trouble to information.In order to solve them,the pipelining mode based on department,posts and staffs was con-structed,especially for solving the completely blending problem of account management and staff management,and the problems of cooperation,joint and intendance of operations could also be solved.
