胃癌患者血清IL-6、IL-8、TNF-α水平变化及意义 被引量：2

摘要 目的观察胃癌患者血清IL-6、IL-8和肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)水平变化,并探讨其临床意义。方法采用ELISA法测定50例胃癌患者(观察组)和20例健康对照者(对照组)血清IL-6、IL-8和TNF-α水平。结果观察组患者血清IL-6、IL-8和TNF-α水平明显高于对照组(P均<0.05)。观察组Ⅲ、Ⅳ期胃癌患者血清IL-6、IL-8和TNF-α水平明显高于Ⅰ、Ⅱ期患者(P均<0.05)。结论 胃癌患者IL-6、IL-8和TNF-α水平增高。这可能与胃癌的发生、发展有关。
