乳化炸药用乳化剂的现状与发展趋势

Present Situation and Development Trends of the Emulsifier Used for Emulsion Explosives

本文简要介绍了乳化炸药常用的乳化剂,比较分析了各种乳化剂的性能,通过分析指出乳化剂的结构是影响乳化效率的关键,数据表明复合乳化剂对于提高乳化炸药的储存稳定性与爆炸性能效果明显,同时展望了未来乳化剂的发展方向。

In this paper, the commonly used emulsifier of emulsion explosives was briefly introduced, and the performance of several emulsifiers were compared and analyzed. The results showed that the structure of the emulsifier is the key factor influencing emulsifying efficiency and the composite emulsifier can obviously improve the storage stability and explosion properties of emulsion explosives. At last, the author forecasted the developing direction of the emulsifier.
