台盐实业股份有限公司(台盐)在台湾地区废除盐业行政垄断后,由公营转变为民营,通过改革经营机制和业务构成,自主创新科技和品牌,逐步发展成横跨盐产品、化妆品、饮料、电子科技、生物科技、旅游等多行业的大型跨国企业,对大陆食盐专营企业具有一定的借鉴意义。

After the abolition of administrative monopoly of salt industry in Taiwan region,Taiwan Salt Industrial Co.,Ltd（hereinafter referred to as TWS） has transferred its management from public to private ownership.Through the reform of operational mechanism and business structure,and self innovation of technology and brand,TWS has experienced a process of gradual development into a large multinational company engaged in salt products,cosmetics,beverages,electronic technology,biotechnology,tourism and many other industry areas.The whole development process makes some references for salt monopoly enterprises on the mainland of China.
