This article introduces main category of on-line chemical in- struments of boiler circuit in fossil fuel power plants, and preliminary analysis common error and cause of kinds of instruments in measur- ing process. By means of dectection to on-line chemical instruments in various power plants, pointes out main problem of on-line chemical instruments in metrological management of various power plants, and proposes the improving direction of supervision work to the on-line chemical instruments.
