本文首先介绍了核磁共振测井回波信号的特殊性及其对电路设计的较高要求,然后,重点通过对AD转换电路分辨率性能的计算与评估,确定了使用外部高性能低TC电压基准源的设计方案,并就AD转换电路的设计原则进行了阐述,最终形成电路设计原理图。

This paper firstly introduces the particularity of the nuclear magnetic resonance （NMR） logging echo signal and the higher requirement for circuit design. Then the AD converting circuit resolution performance is calculated and evaluated. The designation of use external performance low TC voltage reference is determined and the AD transform circuit design pdnciples are expounded. Finally the circuit principle diagram is designed.
