摘要
文中介绍了频率时域稳定度的基本测量原理,以及根据不同的测试精度要求所采用的测量方法,如:直接测量法和频差倍增法。利用VB6.0语言编写了自动测试软件,该软件采用模块化设计方法,由硬件驱动模块、被测仪器信息录入保存模块、测量参数选择模块、测试功能模块、证书结果打印模块等组成。该软件界面友好,操作简易、方便,经实际应用,可靠性高。
The paper introduces the basic measuring principle of frequency domain stability. According to the test accuracy requirement choices different test method, such as： direct measurement method and frequency multiplier difference. Using VB6.0 programs the auto- matic test software, which uses modular design method, the hardware driver module, instrument information recorded save module, parameter selection module, test function module, print certificate module and so on. This software interface is friendly, easy operation. By practical application its reliability is high.
