干燥综合征65例临床分析 被引量：4

摘要 目的探讨原发干燥综合征(pSS)和其他结缔组织病(CTD)继发的干燥综合征(CTD/SS)的临床表现、辅助检查及实验室检查特点,进一步提高对SS的认识。方法回顾性对比分析65例SS,其中38例pSS,27例CTD/SS的临床资料。结果 X线双手骨侵蚀、γ-球蛋白阳性率较CTD/SS均明显升高(P<0.05和P<0.01),肾损害以肾间质损害为主,CTD/SS肾损害以肾小球损害为主。结论 pSS和CTD/SS虽然病理诊断一样,但有各自不同的临床表现,在实际工作中需仔细鉴别,避免误诊及漏诊。
