经皮椎体后凸成形术在老年人脊柱压缩骨折中的临床应用 被引量:3

摘要 目的探索一种治疗老年人骨质疏松性脊柱骨折的治疗新方法。方法 2007年11月至2009年12月应用经皮椎体后凸成形术治疗老年人骨质疏松性压缩性骨折32例、57个椎体。结果无术中、术后死亡及脊髓神经损伤情况发生。椎体前纵韧带后渗漏2例,椎弓根内渗漏1例,椎间隙渗漏1例。无感染、栓塞等并发症发生,椎体高度平均恢复90%以上。所有患者术后疼痛明显缓解,有2例仍有腰痛,但服止痛药有效。经3~25个月随访,平均11.2个月,无一例疼痛复发,椎体高度经X线片检查无改变。结论通过对32例、57个椎体的骨质疏松性骨折的治疗结果分析,局部麻醉下经皮椎体后凸成形术是治疗老年性骨质疏松性椎体骨折的一种既有效,又安全的方法。 Objective To explore a new treatment method of elderly Osteoporotic.Methods 32 case of elderly patients(57 vertebral body)with Osteoporotic.spinal fractures were underwent the treatment of kyphoplasty From November 2007 to December 2009.Result No death and spinal cord injury were found in surgery and postoperative,There were 2 cases leakage of the anterior longitudinal ligament and 1 case of pedicle leakage and disc space leakage respectively;no infection,embolism and other complications were found,vertebral height recovered More than 90% on average,all patients were relieved of pain after surgery,2 patients still had low back pain,but taking the pain medication had effective.No one case of recurrence of pain were followed up by 3~25 months(an average of 11.2 months),vertebral body height by X-ray examination did not change.Conclusion Through this group of 32 patients,57 osteoporotic vertebral fractures Analysis,we believe that percutaneous kyphoplasty treatment of osteoporotic vertebral fractures under local anesthesia is a kind of effective and safe method.
