多形性胶质母细胞瘤低场MRI表现及其临床价值

The appearance of glioblastoma multiforme on low-field MRI and the clinical value.

目的研究多形性胶质母细胞瘤的低场磁共振成像(MRI)表现,探讨其临床价值。方法结合文献回顾分析34例手术后经病理证实的多形性胶质母细胞瘤,34例术前均接受了MRI平扫及增强检查。结果 MRI平扫表现为团块状或不规则形长T1长T2信号影,信号混杂31例,均匀3例。4例有卫星病灶,多发病灶2例。增强后无强化2例,轻度强化6例,重度强化26例。32例瘤周有大小不一水肿,2例无水肿。出现柔脑膜扩散6例。结论多形性胶质母细胞瘤的低场MRI征象分析对病人的预后及提供个性化治疗有重要价值。

Objective Tostudytheappearanceofglioblastomamultiforme（GBM） on low-field MRI,and investigatetheclinicalvalue.Methods Thirty-four cases of GBM and the relevant literatures were reviewed.The preoperative MRI-scans were performed with low-field MRI in all patients.Results MRI showed mass with long T1 and long T2 signal intensity.Thirty-one cases showed mixed signal intensity.Four cases showed satellite lesions.Two cases showed multifocal lesions.After contrast administration,no contrast-enhancing in 2 cases,slight degree enhancement in 6 cases,greater degree enhancement in 26 cases.32 cases showed peritumoral edema in various degrees,2 cases without edema.The leptomeningeal spread were showed in 6 cases.Conclusions Information derived form the analysis of GBM on low-field MRI may be helpful in predicting survival and individually tailored therapeutic approach.
