带锁髓内钉治疗股骨多段骨折25例临床研究

Interlocking intramedullary nail in the treatment of multiple segmental femoral fractures.

目的探讨使用带锁髓内钉治疗股骨多段骨折的临床效果。方法收集我院2005年6月至2009年12月应用带锁髓内钉治疗股骨多段骨折25例的治疗方法、治疗经过及结果进行分析与总结。结果 25例患者平均随访14个月,所有病例都达到骨性愈合,愈合率100%,平均愈合时间4个月。结论带锁髓内钉治疗股骨多段骨折,为中心性固定,固定效果切实可靠,有较好的抗剪力及抗旋转作用,且有创伤小、并发症少、有利于骨折愈合、操作简便等优点。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of treating multiple fractures of the femoral with intramedullary interlocking nail.Methods Collect our June 2005 to-December 2009,with application of femur intramedullary nailing treatment for more than 25 cases fractures treated by the treatment method,and the results were analyzed and summarized.Results Results All cases were followed up for a mean time of 14 months,All cases was union,union rate was 100%.All fractures healed with a median time of 5 months.Conclusion With intramedullary nailing femoral fractures treated for many,in effect,has fixed earnestly,reliable,and has good resistance,resistance to rotate the shear and trauma,and have fewer complications,fracture healing,simple operation,etc.
