唐太宗是超迈古今的千古一帝,其管理思想体现在行政改革、税赋制度、爱民、重贤和克己纳谏等方面,尤其在树立帝范方面成为历代皇帝的楷模。

Emperor Taizong of Tang Dynasty, Li Shimin, is one of the greatest emperors in ancient China. His management thought embodies in administrative reform, taxes system, loving people, appreciating for talents, self-restraining and accepting admonitions. Especially on establishing emperor＇s standards, Li Shimin became the model for later emperors.
