摘要
为比较不同种类禽蛋间的营养价值差别,选取四种常见的禽蛋:(土鸡蛋、绿壳蛋、褐壳蛋和鸽蛋)测定其所含四种微量元素铁铜锰锌的含量。结果显示:除锰元素含量在四种禽蛋间无显著差异外(p>0.05),其余三种元素含量在四种禽蛋间均存在显著(P<0.05)或极显著(P<0.01)差异。
