不同加热方式下轴类件正火弯曲变形量的研究 被引量:1

摘要 采用相同的加热工艺参数对轴类件进行立式正火和卧式正火的对比实验,并对轴类件弯曲变形量大小和变形方向进行了定量的研究分析。结果表明,立式正火的弯曲变形量大于卧式正火的弯曲变形量,打破了行业中立式加热由于重力作用变形量小,卧式加热变形量大的传统定性思维。 The contrast experiments of shaft are carried out in vertical and horizontal normalizing using the same heating parameters,and the quantitative analysis are taken on the shaft bending deformation amount and direction.The results show that the shaft bending deformation in vertical normalizing is greater than that in horizontal normalizing,which break the traditional heating qualitative thinking about the vertical heat treatment has a small amount of bending deformation because of gravity and horizontal heat treatment has a large bending deformation.
