摘要
本文研究了应用Bayes理论制定航天、航空继电器产品的可靠性验证试验方案,并对经典方法和Bayes方法制定的MTBF验证试验方案进行了比较。结果表明:基于Bayes理论的MTBF可靠性验证试验方案所需样本较小,试验时间较短。
A new method is studied for making MTBF compliance test plan through the application of Bayes theory. This paper compares the methods of classical statistical theory with Bayesian theory for making sampling plan of MTTF or MTBF. Then the studies show that the sample size and time of the test plan based on Bayes theory are smaller than of the classical test plan. So the test cost can be decreased.
