摘要
针对自然数编码的遗传算法，提出了一个新的变异规则，并研究了相应的最优变异率。对研究遗传算法具有一定的意义。
In this paper a new mutation operator is proposed, which is applied into chromosomes encoded with natural numbers. And the optimal mutation rate is studied. Moreover, the paper greatly contributes to genetic algorithms.
