摘要
设计了ＧＰＳ车辆监控中心的数据链，研究并实现了双边初始化ＤＤＥ（ＤｙｎａｍｉｃＤａｔａＥｘｃｈａｎｇｅ）会话这一关键技术。
In this paper, a data link used in GPS Vehicle Control Center is designed. The method of performing data link and the key technologybilaterally initiating DDE (Dynamic Data Exchange) conversation are studied and realized.
