密实骨架型沥青混合料级配组成设计

摘要 密实骨架型沥青混合料除对混合料的级配有一定要求,并不需要添加特殊材料便可具备优良的高温性能。通过吸取以往工程人员在实际工作中得出的经验,并结合国外的贝雷法的思想提出了密实骨架型混合料的关键筛孔的确定方法,采用SAC混合料计算方法计算得出各粒径合理通过率。结合工程实际对提出的相关计算方法进行了验证,该设计方法可以根据集料的特性计算得出合理的级配组成。 Skeleton dense structure asphalt mixture depends on the aggregate gradation without any special material that can produce its excellent high temperature performance, this is greatly caused concerns of many scholars to do a great deal of research on skeleton dense structure asphalt mixture. This paper proposes the key sieve calcu- lated methods of skeleton dense structure asphalt mixture taking from the practical experiences and combining with the ideas of Bailey theory abroad, and caeulates the reasonable passing rate by SAC mixture calculated method, finally, it proves that the key sieve calculated methods are validated, which can properly calculate the characteristics of aggregate gradation taccording to related project to the proposed method.
