靶点PSMA在前列腺癌中诊断治疗的研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 前列腺特异性膜抗原(PSMA)是前列腺癌细胞一特异性的肿瘤标志物,尤其在激素非依赖性前列腺癌及转移性前列腺癌中高表达,其敏感性及特异性高于前列腺特异性抗原(PSA),这为早期诊断及治疗前列腺癌提供了一个良好的靶点.近年来对PSMA的研究成为热点,因此本文旨在对PSMA应用于诊断治疗前列腺癌临床前评估的研究进展作一综述.
