球麻痹留置胃管的技术探讨

Exploration of gastric tube placement in patients with glossopharyngeal paralysis

目的:探讨脑梗死患者球麻痹导致吞咽功能胃管置入一次成功率的方法。方法:对182例脑梗死吞咽困难患者选择不同方法留置胃管并进行效果评价,所得有效计数资料数据用SPSS10.0软件进行统计处理,通过χ2检验进行统计学分析。结果:选择合适的胃管、术前给予心理干预、选择插管时机、插管时采取右侧卧位、延长插管深度及妥善固定等相应措施后,减轻或消除了患者的不良刺激。结论:改良留置胃管优于常规留置胃管法,提高了插胃管的一次性成功率,减轻了对患者的刺激和减少了并发症的发生,为患者的后期治疗奠定了营养基础。

Objective To discuss the method of elevating one-time success rate in gastric tube placement in cerebral infarction patients with swallowing dysfunction due to glossopharyngeal paralysis.Method The 182 cerebral infarction patients had swallowing difficulties,and chose different methods placing gastric tube.All the data were analyzed statistically by SPSS and Chi-square test.Results The following methods of gastric tube intubation were better than routine gastric tube intubation.Selecting the appropriate tube,preoperative psychological intervention,selecting intubation opportunity,taking the right lateral,extended intubation,and properly fixed,so the corresponding measures to reduce or eliminate the patient＇s poor.Conclusion Improvement is better than conventional indwelling stomach tube method to improve the success rate of one-time stomach cannula,reducing the stimulation of patients and reducing complications,for the treatment of patients with late laid the foundation nutrition.
