摘要
介绍了一种镀锌层钛盐彩色钝化的新工艺,并就钝化液的温度、pH、钝化时间以及镀锌液的类型等对钝化层耐蚀性的影响作了研究。钝化后锌层的阳极极化行为表明,钛盐钝化的镀锌层有较高的溶解电势、低的溶解电流密度和宽的超钝化区;其耐腐蚀性能与低浓度的Cr(Ⅵ)钝化液相同,甚至更好。
In this paper,a titanium salt color passivation technology for zinc coating was introduced.The influences of temperature,pH value of passivation solution and type of zinc plating bath on the corrosion resistance of the passivation film were investigated.The results of anodic polarization curve tests show that the passivation film treated by titanium salt has a higher electrode potential,lower corrosion current density and wider transpassive region.The corrosion resistance of this passivation film is comparative or even better than that of film passivated by low Cr(Ⅵ) solution.
