摘要
研究了镀钴溶液中硼酸的快速分析方法。用亚铁氰化钾沉淀钴离子,消除钴对测定硼酸的干扰,用甘露醇与硼酸反应生成较强的络合物,以酚酞作指示剂,用氢氧化钠标准溶液滴定。实验表明,本法测定结果的相对平均偏差为0.29%。方法简单、快速,能够满足监控镀钴溶液中硼酸的要求。
A method for rapid analysis of boric acid in a cobalt plating solution was studied.K4[Fe(CN) 6]was used as a masking agent to eliminate the disturbance of cobalt ion on the determination of boric acid in the cobalt plating solution since it could react with cobalt ion to form a green precipitate.D-mannitol was added to the solution making boric acid change into a stronger complexing acid.And then the complexing acid of boric acid was determined by using sodium hydroxide standard solution titration with phenothalin as the end point indicator.The test results showed that the relative average deviation of this method was 0.29%.The method is simple,rapid and accurate,and can satisfy the requirements for control of boric acid concentration in the plating bath.
