摘要
以溪洛渡水电站工程为例,利用数值仿真方法分析了夏季浇筑的大坝混凝土的各种运输方式与运输时间对混凝土入仓温度的影响,计算了混凝土浇筑过程温度回升情况。结果表明,本文方法可较准确地判断整个运输过程与浇筑过程中的温度回升值,为高温季节制定出机口温度预冷方案、提出混凝土施工温控措施提供了参考。
Taking the Xiluodu hydropower station project for an example,this paper analyzes the influence of various transportation modes and haulage time for dam concrete pouring in summer on concrete placement temperature by using numerical simulation method.And then temperature upturn in the concrete pouring process is also calculated.The results show that the values of temperature upturn in the whole process of transportation and pouring can be determined accurately.Thus,it provides reliable references for formulation the pre-cooling scheme of outlet temperature and control of temperature during the concrete construction period.
