摘要
流胶病为山东桃树生产上的主要病害,发生普遍,危害严重。关于桃树流胶病的病原,国外、国内报道不一。病原真菌的鉴定通常采用传统形态学的方法,存在一定的局限性。为了明确山东省桃树流胶病的病因,2007-2009年应用rDNA-ITS序列测定分析和传统真菌形态学鉴定相结合的方法,对从不同产地分离获得的能引起桃树流胶病的致病菌进行鉴定。结果表明,引起山东桃树流胶病病原菌主要为葡萄座腔菌(Botryosphaeriadothidea(Moug.exFr.)Ces et de Not)。该病原菌rDNA-ITS区序列已在GenBank上登录(GenBank登录号:GU933645)。伤口和皮孔是病原菌田间主要的侵染途径。为山东桃树流胶病的防治研究及抗病品种选育研究奠定了基础。
Peach gummosis has become a major disease in peach production in Shandong province. With regard to the pathogen of peach gummosis , there were different reports at home and abroad. The method of morphological characters had certain restriction, which was used to identify pathogenic fungus. Based on the traditional pathogenicity test ( morphological characteristics) and the sequence of ribosomal DNA -ITS, the pathogen eausing peaeh gummosis in Shandong province was identified as Botryosphax, ria dothMea (Moug. ex Fr.) Ces et de Not. The ribosomal DNA -ITS sequence data of the pathogenic fungus had been subnfitted to GenBank (GenBank accession number: GU933645). Wound and lentieels were the pathways for the infection. The key points for future research were suggested as well.
